This past weekend marked the second year of the newly annual Perry Hall High School Haunted House. Many members of our theater program and several volunteers donated their time to set up and perform in the haunted house last Friday and Saturday. The theme (abandoned hospital) featured several nurses in bloody uniforms, stranded patients with short tempers, and doctors that completely lost their minds. The element of surprise and complete darkness of the school made the experience ten times more terrifying. Going from the main entrance, through the hallways, in the elevators, and in certain classrooms, the haunted house proved to be just as terrifying as it was advertised to be.
“We had a lot of fun on Friday. It was a lot of work but ultimately it was so worth it. I can’t wait to do it again next year.” – Brian Kraft, junior.
